Motor Vehicle Strikes Home and Several Parked Cars

Last evening, March 4, 2021, at approx. 11:10pm, officers responded to 115 Water Street on a report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury. Members of the Quincy Police Department, Quincy Fire Department, and  Brewster Ambulance responded to the scene. Officers observed that a 2005 Jeep Liberty had struck a home, causing minor damage, then struck several parked cars.

The operator of the Jeep, a 29-year-old male, was partially ejected from the vehicle. Quincy Fire Department used the Jaw of Life to free the driver. He was transported to Boston Medical Center with life threatening injuries. The passenger, a 26-year-old male, was transported to South Shore Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The passenger was wearing his seat belt.
