Please Welcome Three of Our Newest Officers

Please welcome three more of our newest officers: Officer Charles Waterman, Officer David Flynn, and Officer James Dalton.

While participating in the Protective Services Program at Quincy High School, Charles decided he wanted to become a police officer. He proudly served in the United States Army from 2016-2019 and currently holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies from Southern New Hampshire University.

Dave was born and raised in Quincy. Prior to joining the Quincy PD, he worked as a Corrections Officer at the Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office for five years. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and is the first police officer in his family!

Jimmy also grew up in Quincy. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Salve Regina University where he played soccer. He then went to work for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) prior to joining the Quincy PD.  He is hoping to one day become a member of our SWAT Team or Anti-Crime Unit.

Welcome to the Quincy Police gentlemen!
