On Friday, December 28, 2018, at approx. 3:00am, an alert resident contacted Quincy Police and reported suspicious behavior. The caller stated that he observed a Pontiac Grand Am with extensive damage parked on the side of Guild St with four individuals inside the vehicle. He stated that he observed a male exit the driver's seat of the Pontiac and enter his neighbor's vehicle. The resident told officers that he saw the male rummage through his neighbor's vehicle and walk further down Guild Street while pulling on the handles of other vehicles.
Officer approached the Pontiac, which was occupied by three individuals. Officers spoke with the occupants, now identified as Kristin McNeil, David Attardo, and Siobhan Brady. Mr. Attardo provided Officers with a license in the name of another individual, but he was eventually identified as David Attardo. None of the occupants of the vehicle would identify the driver.
Based on statements of the reporting party, observations made at the scene, and their refusal to identify the driver, officers concluded that they were all joint venture in the car being broken into. The driver was never located or identified.
David Attardo, 32, of O Street Boston, Siobhan Brady, 28, of East Water St. Rockland, and Kristin McNeil, 35, of School Street, Quincy, were arrested and charged with Breaking & Entering Into a MV at Night to Commit A Felony.
All are scheduled to be arraigned at Quincy District Court this morning.
