On Wednesday, November 7th, Officer Rolfsen visited the YMCA Early Learning Center. He interacted with the children, ages 2.9-5 years and talked to them about being a police officer. We received a very kind Thank You note from, which is below.
"I wanted to reach out and say thank you for making a police visit possible at the North Quincy Early Learning Center. The children were absolutely thrilled with officer Nick. Officer Nick went above and beyond making every child feel special and answered every question he was asked. Every child was able to take an individual picture with him and was given a sticker after. We couldn’t believe he was coming from finishing a shift and had so much energy. He even gave the class a special surprise and had officer Donovan stop by with his k-9 Hodor. Yesterday was truly a memorable day for the preschool class room and we have the wonderful people at the Quincy Police Department to thank for it." - Kerry
