Please welcome Officer Krestina Habib. Officer Habib was a Correction Officer for the Plymouth County Sheriffs Department for four years prior to joining us. She has completed her Field Training Program and is currently assigned to our E-911 Communications Center as a dispatcher on the 4pm-12am shift.
Here's a little more information to get to know her.
Q: Why did you want to become a police officer? When did you realize that was what you wanted to do?
A: I have always felt it was my duty to give back to a community that gave me so much during my childhood.
Q: What activities do you enjoy on your time off?
A: Exploring state parks, boating, hiking and spending time with my dogs!
Q: What is the best advice you have ever received and who gave it to you?
A: Happiness is a choice and everything else is a matter of perspective- Grandfather
Q: What was your favorite subject in the academy and why?
A: Hostage Negotiation: it takes a talented person to speak to others at their lowest point in life. I strive for that.
Q: What is something you are most proud of?
A: My freedom: the day I got my American citizenship.

A: Don't Sweat The Small Stuff And It's All Small Stuff
