Looking for Persons of Interest in Robbery

On Friday, 11/10/2017 at approx. 3:45am, a victim reported to the Quincy Police Department that she had been robbed in front of her residence on Pope St. in Quincy.

The female victim stated that she had just returned home after spending the night at a casino. As she exited her vehicle, she was attacked by a young black male who was wearing a black jacket and black hat. The suspect threw her to the ground and stole her handbag. After stealing her bag, the suspect ran across the street and entered a small black motor vehicle that was waiting for him. The vehicle fled north.

The victim was transported to QMC with serious injures. She reported that a substantial amount of money was inside her pocketbook when it was stolen. Officers attempted to locate the vehicle, but were unsuccessful.

The victim stated that she recognized the suspect as someone she had seen at the casino. She described him as a black male with a gray hooded sweatshirt, possible facial hair, approx 20-30 years old.

Detectives are looking to identify the individuals in the photos below. Both are considered persons of interest in this investigation. The plate of the vehicle involved is RI registration 527526, which has been reported stolen.
