Two arrested for Drug Violations

The Detectives of the Quincy Drug Control Unit had been conducting surveillance on 836 Willard street, apt 105. This has been a months long investigation into the illegal sales of pills and heroin, within the city of Quincy. On June 16 at 10 am, the DCU received a search warrant from Quincy District Court. The warrant was served and the following two individuals were arrested:

Deron Jones (male)
Age 27
Trafficking class "A"

Nicolette West (female)
Age 26
Possession w/I to sell class "B" Cocaine

Both are residents of 836 Willard Street, apt 105
Items seized:

Approx. 200 Percocet pills with a street value of $5,000.00
Cocaine with a street Value - $1,000.00
Cash-$7500.00

This is another example of the community working together with the police to stop illegal drug sales and saving lives. Additional arrests are anticipated as customer lists and other documents seized are being reviewed.

Deron Jones was held on $50,000 cash bail. Both suspects will be arraigned Monday in Quincy District Court.
