Although City Hall is temporarily closed to the public, the City Clerk and Election Offices will be answering phone calls during normal business hours to assist residents with Clerk and Election services or to help direct them to the proper department.

  • Voter registration, Change of Party/Change of Address
  • City Census (by mail only) no dropping off
  • Nomination papers accepted by mail or City Hall drop box with return stamped envelope with contact information
  • Proof of Residency Form can be requested by phone or email
  • Public Request (e.g., resident voter list, voter activity list) by phone, email or mail
  • Veterans Welcome Home Bonus request will be accepted and returned by mail
