| Welcome to The Quincy Retirement Board. The purpose of this page is to enhance the services we provide to our members.
The Quincy Retirement Board is one of 106 Retirement Boards in the State of Massachusetts. The Retirement Board is comprised of five members, one ex-officio, two elected, one appointed by the Mayor, and one appointed by the other four members. They are:
Ex Officio Member: Susan O'Connor
Appointed Member: Robert Foy, III
Elected Member: George F. McCray (Chairperson)
Elected Member: Richard P. Crespi
Appointed Member: Richard D. Fitzpatrick
Executive Director: Edward Masterson
