Emergency response crews on high alert throughout storm

City Hall to close at 2 p.m.

Mayor Koch has activated the City's emergency response teams, and crews have been dispatched throughout the City to deal with the effects of Hurricane Sandy.

City Hall will close at 2 p.m. today and reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday, October 30.

Here is important information for residents to be used throughout the duration of the storm.

For flood-related problems and fallen trees, call the DPW's storm hotline at 617-376-1910

For electricity issues, call National Grid at 1-800-322-3223

For natural gas issues, call National Grid at 1-800-233-5325
