The Quincy Sewer, Water & Drain Department is dedicated to:

• Providing clean and safe drinking water at adequate pressures
• providing uninterrupted collection and transportation of waste and storm water
• making provisions for the City's future utility needs through effective planning, and
• delivery of these services in a cost-effective, courteous, and professional manner.
