City Employee Information

Direct Deposit
As a City of Quincy employee, you may participate in the Direct Deposit program. It comes at no cost to you and is a simple, convenient and worry-free way to do your personal banking. The Direct Deposit program allows you to deposit to virtually any bank of your choice, including credit unions. You can simply fill out a Payroll Direct Deposit Enrollment Form. Upon completion of the form, a pre-notification process is necessary and will normally take twenty (20) working days to complete. As a direct deposit participant, you will see on your pay stub details of your pay, your deductions and your new direct deposit information. If you deposit to the Quincy Municipal Credit Union, you must go to the credit union and generate your payroll authorization form there.
