The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of five full time members and three alternate members who are appointed by the Mayor.
The Zoning Board is a quasi-judicial board that is charged with granting or denying variances and special permits pursuant to the City of Quincy Zoning Ordinance. Zoning Board meetings are open to the Public and are generally held every other Tuesday at 7:15 pm in the City Council Chambers.
