| The City of Quincy extends a warm welcome to new residents of Quincy, in particular those who experience difficulty with the English language. The Office of Constituent Services helps Asian Newcomers gain access to government and social services.
Mr. John Chen, the Asian Liaison, provides interpretation information and referral for: medical services, public school enrollment, food stamps, social security, public and senior housing, lead paint removal, housing rehab, fuel assistance, employment training and other government programs.
